Rental Cost: The minimum rental rate is $1,800, US. This is  for two (2) people for seven (7) nights.  Additional persons are $150 each (7-Days) with a maximum of six (6) occupying the house.  Additional rental days are $150.00 for two (2), plus $25.00 per each additional person, per day.  The total rental cost is due and payable 30-days before the first term date.  There is a 10% discount for two (2) weeks . Additional discounts for longer stays.  Premium rate for Holidays is $2800.00

Rental Deposit: Security/Damage Deposit: A non-refundable Rental Deposit (if reserved dates are not resold) of $500.00 is to be paid to reserve the Term Dates.  Upon occupancy of the house, the Rental Deposit will be converted to the Security/Damage Deposit, to be refunded at the termination of the Term Dates, less the cost of any damage. Returning the deposit can take several weeks until the phone bill is received. The Lessee’s liability is not limited solely to the amount of the Security/Damage Deposit.
